ZoikoTech strives to maintain high-availability across all mission-critical platforms. Service updates, system maintenance, or jurisdictional compliance interventions may result in temporary access adjustments.
We reserve the right to modify or deprecate features, products, or modules — with advance notice to affected clients wherever commercially reasonable.
5. Data Use & Privacy
Your use of ZoikoTech Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with global regulatory frameworks and only for legitimate operational, legal, and contractual purposes.
Client-specific data rights and obligations may be further defined in master service agreements or data processing addenda.

By using ZoikoTech Services, you consent to receive:

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoikoTech disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages unless otherwise stated in an enterprise contract.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, with arbitration available for qualified commercial disputes as agreed upon in the relevant service agreements.
Use of the Services constitutes consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of California, subject to any binding arbitration provisions defined by contract.
